In this news article the GGRM Board of Directors wanted to make available the key documents that were part of the cancelation of our contract and resulting negotiating efforts with the Pacific Locomotive Association (PLA) for our presence at the Niles Canyon Railway.

PLA Intent to Cancel - July 2010 - This is the letter that the GGRM Board of Directors received in July of 2010 from the PLA.

GGRM Letter to PLA Board of Directors - September 10 - This is the initial response fromt the GGRM Board of Directors

GGRM Letter to PLA Board - October 2010 - This is follow-up correspondence after the meeting we requested in our original correspondence to the PLA Board.

Golden Gate Railroad Museum / Pacific Locomotive Assn. - 2011 Contract - This is the final contract between the GGRM and PLA. The first draft of this contract was received on July 15, 2011 via email and was finalized on April 9, 2011.
